These spacious rooms offer all the amenities you may need to make the most of your stay. The rooms have just been redecorated under the supervision of Georgia Bettoja and Stefania Bettoja, revamping the original furniture with the help of our own in-house artisans, in line with the Enviromentally Friendly and Sustainable Philosophy embraced by the Bettoja Family. Remember, guests who book our new Premium rooms may enjoy a complimentary welcome prosecco flute on our rooftop terrace just across the road!
Single Room

Classic Room
Generously sized at 19 to 21-square-metres, our CLASSIC guest rooms offer two twin beds or a large queen size bed for a pleasant stay in the Eternal City. In the comfort of its size, you can relax and enjoy a distinct space with charming touches of historical beauty.
Superior Room
Stylish and unique décor is the hallmark of our Superior Rooms, sized around 26 sqm these rooms will meet most guest needs. A comfortable working area makes it perfect for business travelers. Slippers, bathrobes and our room service will allow you to relax in the tranquility of your own room.
Premium Room
Generously sized from to 19 to 21-square-metres, our Premium welcome guests with refurbished rooms designed by Georgia Bettoja and Stefania Bettoja. The historical artwork, wooden floors, oak furniture, high ceilings, and the new room concept are combined with modern touches: a perfect combination to meet contemporary traveler’s expectations.
Premium Deluxe Room
Our Premium Deluxe rooms blends contemporary style with an elegant and warming atmosphere. Generously sized from to 27 to 34 -square-metres, maximum capacity 3 persons, they are equipped with brand-new mattresses by Simmons you can choose between a double bed or two single beds and between a pillow choices. All our Premium Deluxe rooms are equipped with a spacious desk, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary water, safe, minibar and bathroom with bathtub or shower. Our Deluxe rooms can host a maximum of 3 people, an additional bed or a baby cot.
Family Room
Measuring from 35 m² to 37 m², maximum capacity 5 persons these rooms has been designed to accommodate families with children, or friends for a classy, comfortable stay. This comfortable room comes equipped with charming furniture including a custom-designed table chair and stool; everything is made of high-quality materials from the curtains to the carpet and brass FInishes and woodwork, all of which can be suited to your desires. There can be one big bed and an extra bed or four single beds. Fast Wi-Fi connection, screen Tv, safety box, minibar and a large bathroom equipped with a shower or bathtub.
